Your school now uses Arbor MIS system as it’s main electronic data system. Just like their previous system ScholarPack, communications will be sent home via Arbor. Most home email accounts will have some sort of security to prevent phishing, junk or spam mail getting into your main account or folder. As Arbor may be new to your email provider, messages could be filtered out of your main folder for security reasons. While your account gets used to Arbor messages coming from school, please take the time to check your other folders regularly.
To prevent Arbor emails from going to your junk folder, you will need to find a message and mark it as "Not Junk" and add the sender to your safe senders list in your email client. Since Arbor sends emails in bulk, some servers might incorrectly flag them as spam, so you need to take action to correct this for your account.
Steps to fix the issue for your email account:
Why this happens:
Arbor sends emails in bulk to many users simultaneously, and some email servers can mistakenly identify these as spam.
The school or institution using Arbor has no control over the bulk sending process or the server's filtering, so you'll need to resolve it with your email provider.
