Easter Bonnet Parade and Egg Hunt – Thursday 1 April
We would still like to go ahead with our annual Easter events, even though they will need to be held in a slightly different way because of our class bubbles.
Easter Bonnet Parade
As always, the children are invited to make their own bonnet at home and bring it in on the day ready for our Easter Bonnet Parade. Instead of all being together in the hall, each class will have a parade of their own. This will be judged, and two children from each class will receive an Easter egg. All children who enter will receive a small crème egg or equivalent. These are funded by Parents’ Group, with monies raised from the events you have supported in the past, so thank you!
In the afternoon, we will have a live, whole school assembly on Teams to look at everyone’s bonnets and to award the prizes.
Easter Egg Hunt
Our Egg Hunt will still take place, but each class will have an allocated time outside, instead of the whole school being out together.
This year, we will provide the eggs and each child will have an Easter egg to take home.
Thank you for your continued support.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
