We are pleased to announce that Premier Sport will be running two After School Clubs at Horsendale Primary School after the Easter break.

• Athletics will run on a Monday for children in Key Stage 1 (Years 1 & 2 - starting Monday 25^th April)
• Lacrosse will run every Tuesday for children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 – 6 – starting Tuesday 19^th April)

The clubs will run until the half-term break at the end of May.

Lacrosse will start the first week back and run for 6 weeks.

Athletics will start the second week back due to Bank Holiday on 18^th April and will run for 4 weeks in total (due to Bank Holiday on 2^nd May).

Each session will finish at 4.15pm.

The Athletics clubs will introduce children to various disciplines including running, jumping and throwing activities.

At the lacrosse club children will be introduced to the basic rules and the skills to play the game using modified equipment designed for use by children.

The whole emphasis of both clubs will be on fun and the clubs are available to children of all abilities. The school are very keen for as many children to attend as possible, and for that reason are very kindly subsiding the entire cost so it is completely FREE to parents.

All of our Activity Professionals are fully qualified and have vast experience. All staff have Safeguarding Children and Emergency Aid Certificates as well as up to date enhanced DBS checks. Please note our staff have also undertaken additional COVID specific training and have continued to work in schools throughout the pandemic. We have maintained measures to ensure your child’s heath and safety remains our number one concern, particularly in light of ever changing government guidance.
