We would like to offer the children in Key Stage Two (years 3, 4, 5 and 6) the opportunity to attend an after-school Christmas Craft club, on the dates below from 3.15 pm to 4.10 pm.
The club is free to children and will be delivered by me, Miss Fox, all resources will be provided by school.
The course will run for 6 weeks. Places are strictly limited to 20 and will be allocated on a ‘first come’ basis.
The dates for this club are:
Monday 8 November
Monday 15 November
Monday 22 November
Monday 29 November
Monday 6 December
Monday 13 December
3.15pm to 4.10pm
The School Charter agreements apply during After School Clubs and so too do the school’s sanctions for poor behaviour. If your child does not respond to these sanctions, you may be called upon to collect them immediately. If you are required to collect your child due to unacceptable behaviour, they will not be able to attend the club for the remainder of the sessions. Please note, that by accepting a place you are agreeing to these terms.
You will need to arrange collection and we expect all children to be collected by an adult. A child cannot leave alone from after-school clubs on Horsendale premises, all children should be collected by an adult. Please tell us on the form below if another after-school care provider will be collecting them.
If you would like your child to attend the Craft club, please complete the online form using the link below. Closure for applications is Friday 15 October or a full club, whichever comes first. Any spare places after this date will be re-advertised after half-term. The form will automatically stop accepting bookings once 20 places are filled.
A FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY AS THE SUBMISSION OF THIS ONLINE FORM BOOKS A PLACE. If you put 2 or more children on one form, we cannot guarantee both will have a place.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
